3rd round of the 2026 Croatian Cup in finswimming and speed diving

The Croatian Diving Federation and Diving Club Nevera organise the 3rd round of the Croatian Cup in finswimming and speed diving 2026, Rijeka, 7 November 2026.

Rules of the competition

1. Venue

The competition takes place in Rijeka, at the Kantrida swimming pools, Podkoludricu 2. The pool is 50 × 25 m, 2.25 m deep, with 10 competition lanes, and will have electronic timing.

2. Eligibility

All members of clubs of the Croatian Diving Federation (HRS) may take part if, at registration, they present:

1. the HRS membership card for 2026;
2. a certified medical examination not older than one year;
3. the signed statement of responsibility;
4. proof of payment of the entry fee.

3. Entries

Entries, with each athlete's times per event, are sent by e-mail to Diving Club Nevera at [email protected]. Entry deadline: 1 November 2026. Start lists will be published on www.finswimmingnevera.com from 5 November 2026. For more information: [email protected] or +385 91 43 75 101.

4. Entry fee

€15 per athlete.

5. Categories and scoring

Men's and women's individual competition in the categories beginners (F), younger cadets (E), cadets (D), younger juniors (C), juniors (B), seniors (A) and masters (V). The two best results of each athlete score for the 2026 Croatian Cup in finswimming and speed diving, according to the HRS finswimming and speed diving rules.

6. Awards

The three best athletes in the 50 m surface (finswimming) in each category, men and women, receive medals.

7. Start

Races follow the start list based on the entries and the competition programme. The organiser may accept or refuse late entries without giving reasons. Preliminary and final start lists will be published on www.finswimmingnevera.com.

8. Protests

Protests are submitted in writing to the chief judge within 30 minutes of the event in question, with a fee of €40, refunded if the protest is accepted; otherwise it goes to the host.

9. Liability

The Croatian Diving Federation and Diving Club Nevera, as organisers and hosts, decline all liability for damages arising from the competition. All athletes compete at their own risk, which they confirm by signing the statement of responsibility.

10. Equipment

Equipment according to the HRS rules.

11. Rules

The competition is held under the HRS finswimming and speed diving rules and the CMAS rules.
